Solar Power Energy

Alternative energy sources are becoming increasingly important as fossil fuel reserves will not increase prices. Nobody really knows how long the reserves current oil this year, but according to experts, who can disappear in just a few decades. It's a good idea to start looking for solutions now, when There are still plenty of time. Fortunately, current developments in the field of renewable energies are fairly simple to build your own wind power generator or solar.

Why choose wind power for your home? It has the following advantages:

– No contaminants. That produces lower emissions of gases greenhouse conventional sources.

– Renewable (naturally replenished).

– Plenty. The amount of wind energy potentially can generate at least five times the total energy consumption worldwide. There will never be a shortage of it.

– Low maintenance cost. Wind turbines require little maintenance, so that only the costs of wind power are the construction and installation of turbines. Secondly, costs are insignificant – if you ignore the costs of equipment, wind energy is almost free!

In some countries (eg Denmark), used very widely, which represents up to 20% of total energy production. No, it's unbelievable, is an excellent addition to your system's internal production of electricity. Energy wind generally can not be used as the only source of power (because the winds are variable and unstable), but this is usually not a problem, because it probably has a network connection anyway.

Residential wind turbines are feasible and not too expensive (around a fifth of what I coded in 1980). In general, adding a wind generator for power system at home is an excellent way to reduce their energy bills and take a step towards environmentally conscious life.

Pre-made wind mills can be quite expensive, with the price tag of $1000 or more. But why pay for them, if you can have a DIY wind power system for less than $200? See our guide to making a low cost home wind power system using readily available components.
